UI for setting PESTEL/SWOT attributes
I'm doubtless just failing to understand some complex functionality, but the auto-application of PESTEL/SWOT attributes to text typed into the Porter's Five diagram is hard to understand. Consequently, my items are generally mischaracterised. A UI to set those values from the diagram level (without having to drill down to the full entry) could be useful.

have a library to see all uploaded files in one place
Ive uploaded a file but cant remember where - could be a screen where you can just see all the files uploaded along with the things there linked too

Link a meeting to an organisation
may have asked this before- but i keep finding myself wanting to link in an organisation to a meeting, so that when i later click on the org I can see i held such and such meetings with them

You can now sort Themes on the Gantt chart with simple drag and drop.

You should now be able to delete a note within 24 hours of posting, provided you are the author.
Simply hover over the newly posted note and a small trashcan should appear. Click the trash can and confirm you want to delete.
The trashcan may not appear if you are on the wrong side of an AB Test. If you let me know, I will send you instructions to activate it.

Create a Personal Task List Feature
To complement the Personal Calendar feature.

Create a file upload capability
To enable users to share files related to a project or elements of a project.

Editing of Final reports
This is a fantastic app, but please create the ability to change the fonts and colours of how the final report will look like directly from within the app. As it is this can only be done after the report has been created in word. Which means you have to re-edit it again if you adjust or update anything from the app.

I have no option to change my email address
Could you add an option to change my email address to a different email address

Thanks for your suggestion. This is something you can actually do already. Simply follow these instructions:
1. Click on a Competitor Category
2. Scroll down towards the bottom and click on “Specify organisations which belong to this generic group”
3. Start typing the name of a competitor.
4. Click on the name of an existing competitor, if it appears, or finish typing the name and press enter in order to link the competitor to the competitor category.
5. Repeat as many times as required.Happy Strategising!

Add iCal integration
This would allow meetings arranged within the app to appear in popular calendar apps (Gmail, Outlook), etc. and could be used to send out invitations and include meetings in attendees diaries.

Allow me to add notes to items at the same time as I create them
At the moment, you have to first create an item, and then return to it in order to add notes. You cannot add notes at the time you create the item.
