Brainstroming board
There should be a whiteboard in most of the tools to allow for brainstorming and jotting down ideas that are to be matured/analysed before they are brought into the tool. For example, in the Business Model Canvas, so that they can be structured after an initial fast brainstorming with your team members.

Basically you want the ability to have a shared version of things with either a private version of the same thing or private annotations of the share version.
That is certainly something we could have a look at. I will re-open the suggestion. (That also means that other will be able to see and comment on it again.)
While we are thinking about it, the only way you could achieve this in the system at the moment would be to create a separate project (not shared with anyone) with your alternative Business Model Canvas in it.

As an interim measure, you can simply create a goal called “Comply with regulations”.

PERT chart in planning or Import/Export in CVS
a PERT chart gives
- a linkage relationship between tasks
- propagates start and end times
- provides a critical path
if you allow import/export in cvs i can import to MS-Project1 voteI like this idea. I will look into it.

Create a Project Template capability
So that a user can create, for example, industry-specific Strategic Plans that they can then load into the Strategy Board and customise to their specific needs. In addition, once a Strategic Plan has been completed, the user could choose to save it as a “Custom Template” for future uses. This will also be useful, as completing a Strategic Plan takes a bit of work, so have certain sections pre-filled from a Template will help to shorten the completion curve.

Categorise projects by client
Create a 'Client' concept so that projects can be categorised and grouped by client.
For consultants working with multiple clients (as opposed to staff working within a single organisation).0 votes -

To complement the existing MS-Word reporting feature.

Create a percentage complete indicator
Calculate the percentage complete for each project.
Display this at the top of the Strategy Board, as well as on the Projects List.

How did you envisage the 7 P’s working?
For example:
- 7 labeled free format text fields?
- attached to the product record, or elsewhere?Also, did you know that the Extended Business Model Canvas (already in the app) has some overlaps with the 7 P’s? For example, Location (place), Revenue (price), channel & customer relationship.
We’re also already considering the Value Proposition Canvas, which complements the Business Model Canvas to bring in additional perspectives. You can vote for this on UserVoice if that is of interest.

- administrator
- author
- commenter
